La Société Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie de Skikda (RA1K), informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° APR/008/2025, relatif à 

fourniture de tubes en Admiralty

publié sur le BAOSEM N° 2360 du 05/03/2025, que le contrat est attribué provisoirement le 29/10/2025 au soumissionnaire Tube And Fitting Gmbh Allemagne, pour un montant de deux millions quatre cent soixante-quatre mille neuf cent soixante Dollars Américains (2 464 960.00 USD).

Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré, peut introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Published in BAOSEM N° 2360 of March,05^th 2025, that the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer Tube And Fitting GmbH, Germany

for the amount of Two Million Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty US Dollars (2 464 960.00 USD).

Any tenderer who contests the award may introduce a recourse within five (5) working days as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
