L’Activité Liquéfaction et Séparation, Division GNL & GPL, Complexe GL1Z, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et international Ouvert N°GL1Z/01/APP/2025/Inv ayant pour objet la fourniture de tubes et divers accessoires de chaudronnerie pour les trains 200 et 600 pour le Complexe GL1Z, en quatre (04) lots distincts, qu’après ouverture publique et évaluation des offres technico-financières, les contrats pour les lots N° 01, 02 et 03 ont été attribués provisoirement aux soumissionnaires, ci-après :

Pour le lot N°01 relatif à la fourniture de Tubes :

• Le soumissionnaire : PHOCEENNE Sas,
• Montant de l’offre : Trois Cent Neuf Mille Cinq Cent Onze Dollars et Quatre-Vingt-Quatre Centimes en Hors Taxes (309 511, 84 $/HT).
• Critère de choix : Le moins disant.

Pour le lot N°02 relatif à la fourniture de raccorderies, boulonneries et joints :

• Le soumissionnaire : TROUVAY & CAUVIN,
• Montant de l’offre : Cent Soixante-Quatre Mille Cent Quatre-Vingt-Dix Dollars et Dix-Neuf Centimes en Hors Taxes (164 190,19 $/HT).
• Critère de choix : Le moins disant.

Pour le lot N°03 relatif à la fourniture de vanneries et robinetteries :

• Le soumissionnaire : TECHNOCAST SPA,
• Montant de l’offre : Trente et Un Millions Trois Cent Soixante et Un Mille Cinq Cent Vingt-Sept Dinars Algériens et Quatre-Vingt-Quinze Centimes en Hors Taxes (31 361 527,95 DA/HT).
• Critère de choix : Le moins disant.

Pour toutes éventuelles contestations, Un recours peut être introduit au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, auprès de :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ATTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTS

OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER

N° GL1Z/01/APP/2025/Inv

The Liquefaction and Separation Activity, LNG & LPG Division, GL1Z Complex, hereby informs all bidders who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. GL1Z/01/APP/2025/Inv concerning the supply of tubes and various boiler-making accessories for Trains 200 and 600 of the GL1Z Complex, divided into four (04) separate lots, that following the public opening and the technical and financial evaluation of the bids, the contracts for Lots No. 01, 02, and 03 have been provisionally awarded to the following bidders:

•Lot No. 01 – Supply of Tubes :

• Bidder : PHOCEENNE Sas
• Bid Amount : Three Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eleven US Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents, excluding taxes (309,511.84 USD).
• Selection Criterion : Lowest bidder.

•Lot No. 02 – Supply of Fittings, Bolting and Gaskets :

• Bidder : TROUVAY & CAUVIN
• Bid Amount : One Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety US Dollars and Nineteen Cents, excluding taxes (164,190.19 USD).
• Selection Criterion: Lowest bidder.

•Lot No. 03 – Supply of Valves and Valve Equipment :

• Bidder : TECHNOCAST SPA
• Bid Amount : Thirty-One Million Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Algerian Dinars and Ninety-Five Centimes, excluding taxes (31,361,527.95 DA).
• Selection Criterion : Lowest bidder.

Bidders who contest the decision made by the contracting service may introduce request within Five open (05) days, the latest, as from the date of the publication of the present notice for provisional attribution of contract in the BAOSEM to the contracting serviceat the following address:
