La Société Sonatrach Activité Liquéfaction & Séparation Division GNL & GPL- Complexe GL1K BP N° 72 Z-I Skikda, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°11/APP/GL1K/2024 relatif à la :

Fourniture de Vannes, Robinets et Clapets pour le Nouveau Train de GNL et Anciennes Installations en Trois (03) Lots pour Complexe GL1K ;

Lot N°01 : Fourniture de Vannes

Lot N°02 : Fourniture de Robinets

Lot N°03 : Fourniture de Clapets Anti Retour.

Paru sur le BAOSEM N°2316 du 30/10/2024.

Qu’après ouverture et évaluation des Offres Financières des soumissionnaires dont les Offres Techniques ont été jugées conformes, le Lot N°03 : Fourniture de Clapets Anti Retour a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire CHEMINOV SRL.

Montant de l’Offre Financière est : 72 500,00 $, soit en lettre Soixante-douze mille cinq cents Dollars.

Délai de livraison de la Fourniture : Dix (10) mois à compter de la date d’Entrée en Vigueur du Contrat.

Critère de choix : Prix moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix de la structure contractante peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau du bureau d’ordre du Complexe GL1K à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessus, au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) Jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat au BAOSEM.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

Sonatrach Company Liquefaction Activity & Separation LNG & LPG Division- GL1K BP Complex No. 72 Z-I Skikda, informs the bidders who have participated in the National and International Open Tender N°11/APP/GL1.K/2024 relating to a bid for: the Supply of Valves, Taps and Flaps for the New LNG Train and Old Facilities in Three (03) Lots

Lot n°01: Supply of valves

Lot n°02: Supply of Faucets

Lot n°03: Supply of Anti-Return Valves:

Published on BAOSEM N°2316 of 30/10/2024.

That after opening and evaluation of the Financial Offers of the tenderers whose Technical Offers have been deemed compliant, Lot N°03: Supply of Anti-Return Valves, provisionally awarded to the tenderer CHEMINOV SRL.

Amount of the Financial Offer is: 72 500,00 $, or in letter Seventy-two thousand five hundred dollars.

Delivery time of the Supply: Ten (10) months from the date of Entry into Force of the Contract.

Selection criteria: Lower price.

Any tenderer contesting the choice of the contracting structure may lodge an appeal against acknowledgement of receipt at the level of the Complex GL1K order office at the address indicated above, at the latest in the Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice of provisional award of the Contract to the BAOSEM.
