La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective N°03/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2025, portant sur :

La fourniture de :

Lot N°01 : Vannes de Déluge

Lot N°02 : Vanne Motorisée

Au profit du Projet : Mise En Conformité Des Systèmes De Détection Extinction Et Des Réseaux Anti-Incendie Au Terminal Marin De Bejaia (TMB)

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : SEGITEC ENGINEERING TUNISIA

Pour un montant global de :

Lot N°01 : Vannes de Déluge.

Soit en chiffres : 417 350,28 Euro

Soit en lettres : Quatre Cent Dix-Sept Mille Trois Cent Cinquante Euros Et Vingt-Huit Centimes.

Lot N°02 : Vanne Motorisée.

Soit en chiffres : 24 023,76 Euro

Soit en lettres : Vingt-Quatre Mille Vingt-Trois Euros Et Soixante-Seize Centimes.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Selective N°03/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2025, relating to:

The supply of:

Lot No. 1: Flood Valves.

Lot No. 2: Motorized Valve

For the benefit of the Project: “Compliance of Fire Detection and Extinguishing Systems and Fire-Fighting Networks at the Bejaia Marine Terminal (TMB)

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: SEGITEC ENGINEERING TUNISIA

For a total amount of:

Lot No. 1: Flood Valves

Either in figures: 417 350,28 Euro

Four hundred and seventeen thousand three hundred and fifty Euros and twenty-eight Centimes

Lot No. 2: Motorized Valve.

Either in figures: 24 023,76 Euro

Twenty-four thousand twenty-three Euros and seventy-six Centimes.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days opening following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
