SP 3/M?SILA ? Terminal Arrivée BEJAIA répartis en deux (02) lots : au soumissionnaire «EURL STI» pour un montant de «42 122 503.68 DA/TTC» soit Quarante Deux Millions Cent Vingt Deux Mille Cinq Cent Trois Dinars et Soixante Huit Centimes en Toute Taxes Comprises.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l?ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l?avis de publication.

Regarding the mutual agreement after consultation N°056/DVL/DAP/2016, relating to National and international open invitation to tender N°104/DVL/DAP/2015, regarding the: Supply of electrical equipments intended to the rehabilitation project of the OB1 24?- 22? SP3/M?SILA pipelines Arrival terminal BEJAIA in two lots,awarded to tenderer «EURL STI» " for an amount of «42 122 503.68 DA/TTC», that is forty two million one hundred twenty two thousand five hundred three dinars and sixty eight cents including all taxes.
Each tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse to ENAC within a deadline of five (05) working days as of the publication date of the present notice.
