Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL NOUVELLE GENERATION MOTEUR » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 42 176 606,16 DA/HTVA en chiffre ; Soit en lettre : Quarante-deux millions cent soixante-seize mille six cent six Dinars Algériens et Seize Centimes

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Awarding Notice

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a share capital of 6,000,000,000 DA, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the National & International Open Invitation to Tenders No. 10/A/2025 regarding :

Supply of spare parts (SDP) for DEUTZ engine generator sets

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer “SARL NOUVELLE GENERATION MOTEUR” was declared the lowest tenderer for an amount of

 42 176 606.16 DZD (excluding VAT),  in figures / IN letters Forty-Two Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Six Hundred And Six Algerian Dinars And Sixteen Cents.

Tenderers contesting this award may lodge a recourse addressed to the President of the SARPI Spa Enterprise Procurement Committee and filed against acknowledgment of receipt at the SARPI Spa SDAS structure, no later than five (05) working days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin of invitation to Tenders for the Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM).
