INVITATION TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL
RESTRICTED TENDER Nº121/2025

The company COSIDER TRAVAUX PUBLICS is launching a national and international restricted
tender for the supply of:

Fastening systems for 60E1 rails, for the project: execution of the integrated system
for the extension of the Algiers metro line, El Harrach - Airport section, divided into
two (02) lots:

· LOT No. 01: C1 elastic fastening clips.

· LOT No. 02: Trapezoidal insulating stops.

The current tender is aimed at companies specialized in the manufacturing and/or distribution of
products and/or equipment intended for the execution of railway projects, having carried out sales of
similar products, proven by supporting documents (certificate of good execution, and/or final acceptance
report).

Companies can bid for one (01) or both (02) lots

Bidders must include in their offer a bid bond of an amount greater than or equal to 1% of the total
amount of the offer.

Bidders interested in this tender can withdraw the specifications against payment of twenty five
thousand dinars (25 000, 00 DA), at the following address:

The offers constituted of all documents required in the specifications, must be presented in duplicate
(original + copy) in two separated envelopes, to insert in a third envelope that shall be anonymous and
contain the following statement:

The deadline submission of bids is set at thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this notice
