La Société Sonatrach – Exploration Production – Division Production – Direction Régionale de Hassi R’Mel, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 005/SH/EP/DP/HR/DA/2020, relatif à « Fourniture des tubes aéroréfrigerant et échangeurs de chaleur pour les unités de traitement de gaz pour la Direction Régionale de Hassi R’Mel », paru au BAOSEM N°1752 du 04/05/2020, qu’après ouverture et évaluation des offres financières du 08/12/2020, le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :
SAP FRANCE- France, pour un montant d’Un Million Vingt Six Mille Cent Cinquante Dollars et Dix Cents en Toute Taxes Comprises Hormis TVA (1 026 150 ,10 $). CFR Port Jin Jin
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours, ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la Structure Contractante.

AWARD NOTICE ON PROVISIONAL
The physical and/or moral persons interested in the Opinion (Notice) of Opened National and International Call for tenders N° 005/SH/EP/DP/HR/DA/2020, concerning: « Supply of tubes for Aerorefrigerant and heat exchangers of Hassi R’Mel gas treatment units », published in the BAOSEM N°1752 of 04/05/2020, that after opening and evaluation of the financial offers of 08/12/2020 the market was attributed temporarily to the tenderer:
SAP FRANCE- France, for a total amount of One Million Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Dollars and Ten Cents in All Taxes Excluding VAT (1 026 150 ,10 $). CFR port of Jin Jin.
Tenderers who disagree the choice made by the Contracting Structure may submit their appeal within five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, to the Contracting Structure.
