AWARD NOTICE ON PROVISIONAL

The physical and/or moral persons interested in the Notice of National and International Open Tender N° 006/SH-EP/DP/HR/DA/2021, concerning: « The supply of tubes for heat exchangers of Hassi R’mel gas treatment units, divided into Two (02) Batch’s:

• Batch N° 01: Finned tubes for E102 heat exchangers.

• Batch N° 02: Smooth tubes for E102, E202 and E203 heat exchangers.

Published in the BAOSEM N°1882 of 17/05/2021 that after opening and evaluation of the financial offers of 04/11/2021 that the Batch is relating thereto have been temporarily assigned to the following bidders:

Lot N ° 01: TFE - France for an amount of One million seven hundred and thirty-three thousand Dollars in All taxes included Excluding VAT, CFR CCI V 2010 Port Mostaganem (1 733 000,00 $ in TTC/HTVA).

Lot N ° 02: TUBE AND FITTING INTERNATIONAL - German for an amount of One Million Hundred and Twenty - Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Two Dollars in All Taxes included Excluding VAT, CFR CCI V 2010 Port Mostaganem ($ 1 123 852,00 in TTC / HTVA).

Tenderers who disagree the choice made by the Contracting Structure may submit their appeal within Five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, to the Contracting Structure.

La Société Sonatrach – Exploration Production – Division Production – Direction Régionale de Hassi R’Mel, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 006/SH-EP/DP/HR/DA/2021, relatif à « Fourniture des tubes pour échangeurs de chaleur des unités de traitement de gaz de la Direction Régionale de Hassi R’mel » réparti en deux (02) lots à savoir :

• Lot N° 01 : Tubes ailetés pour échangeurs de chaleur E 102
• Lot N° 02 : Tubes lisses pour échangeurs de chaleur E 201, E 202 et E203

Paru au BAOSEM N°1882 du 17/05/2021, qu’après ouverture et évaluation des offres financières du 04/11/2021 le marché a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :

Lot N° 01 : TFE – France pour un montant d’Un million sept cent trente-trois mille Dollars en Toutes Taxes comprises Hormis la TVA, CFR CCI V 2010 Port Mostaganem (1 733 000,00 $ en TTC/HTVA).

Lot N° 02 : TUBE AND FITTING INTERNATIONAL –Allemande pour un montant d’Un Million Cent Vingt –Trois Mille Huit Cent Cinquante Deux Dollars en Toutes Taxes comprises Hormis la TVA, CFR CCI V 2010 Port Mostaganem (1 123 852,00 $ en TTC/HTVA).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours, ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la Structure Contractante.
