Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), porte à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offre National ouvert on objet, publie au BAOSEM N° 2417 en date 20/08/2025, que l’appel d’offre est infructueux.

CONTRACTING ENTITY

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR) Algeria, as the Operator for the conduct and the execution of the joint operations between SONATRACH and PTTEP as per the exploitation permit of Hassi Bir Rekaiz in Blocks 443a, 424a, 414ext & 415ext located in El Oued/Ouargla region approximately 250 km (road distance) from Hassi Messaoud.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR) hereby notifies all bidders who participated in the National Open Tender for the above subject, published in BAOSEM No. 2417 dated 20/08/2025, that the tender has been declared unsuccessful.
