Appel d’Offres n° 50/DAGS/FONCT/2025 – Lot 01

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 50/DAGS/FONCT/2025, portant

fourniture d’outils de forage, répartis en quatre (04) lots :

• Lot n°01 : Tubages de forage API DIAM 9" 5/8,
• Lot n°02 : Elévateur 9" 5/8 pour tubage (Capacité > 70 Tonnes),
• Lot n°03 : Outils de forage/ROTARY,
• Lot n°04 : Instruments de mesure.

que le contrat afférent au lot N°01, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire BPU-Chine pour un montant 84 548,15 USD/CFR Port d’Alger, Bejaia et/ou Djendjen (Algérie).

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

 Critère de choix : l’offre la moins disante.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

PROVISIONAL AWARD NOTICE OF THE MARKET

Tender n° 50/DAGS/FONCT/2025 - Batch n ° 01

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated in the Call for Tenders Open to National and International Competition n°50/DAGS/FONCT/2025, relating to Supply of drilling tools, divided into four (04) Batchs:

• Batch n° 01: API Diam 9 '5/8 drilling tubing,
• Batch n° 02: 9 '5/8 elevate for tubing (capacity> 70 tonnes),
• Batch n° 03: drilling tools/rotary,
• Batch n° 04: measurement instruments.

That the related contract to the batch N°01, was provisionally awarded to BPU-China for an amount of 84,548.15 USD/CFR Port of Algiers, Bejaia and/or Djendjen (Algeria).

Delivery time: six (06) months.

Selection criteria: the lowest bid.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
