L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf : 28/DAGS/FONCT/2025, portant fourniture d’outils de forage pour géotechnique, que ce dernier, a été déclaré infructueux par la Commission d’Evaluation des Offres Techniques pour motif qu’aucune offre technique n’est déclarée conforme aux exigences du dossier d’Appel d’Offres.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’infructuosité au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF INFRUCTUOSITE

Tender n° 28/DAGS/FONCT/2025

The National Geophysics Company “ENAGEO” informs the bidders who participated in the call for tenders Open to National and International Competition Ref. 28/DAGS/FONCT/2025, relating to supply of geotechnical drilling tools, that the latter was declared unsuccessful by the Technical Bid Evaluation Commission due to the grounds that no technical offer deemed in accordance with the requirements of the tender dossier.

Any bidder who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of infructuosité to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.
