Qu’à l’issue de l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire désigné ci-après, qui a obtenu le résultat suivant :

Les soumissionnaires intéressés, peuvent se rapprocher du secrétariat des marchés de l’entreprise, au plus tard dans un délai de Trois (3) jours à compter de la date de publication du présent avis d’attribution provisoire, pour prendre connaissance des résultats détaillés de leurs offres techniques et financières.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix, peut introduire, s’il le souhaite, un recours auprès de la commission des marchés de l’entreprise sise à 71 Rue Mohamed Belkacemi, El Madania, Alger et ce, dans un délai de Dix (10) jours à compter de la date de première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire.

EPE-AGENOR-Spa informs all bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders with minimum capacity requirement No. 03/AGENOR/2024 relating to :

Supply of fine silver precious metal in the form of shot

That following the evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the bidder designated below, who obtained the following result:

Interested bidders may contact the company's procurement secretariat, at the latest within Three (3) days from the date of publication of this provisional award notice, to learn about the detailed results of their technical and financial offers.

Any bidder who disputes the choice may, if they wish, file an appeal with the company's procurement commission located at 71 Rue Mohamed Belkacemi, El Madania, Algiers, within Ten (10) days from the date of first publication of the provisional award notice.
