Published in the BAOSEM N° 2286 dated 06/08/2024, that the deadline for bids submission planned initially 06/10/2024, then extended to 05/11/2024, then extended for the second time to 05/12/2024, then extended for the third time to 05/01/2025, that the call for tenders was declared unsuccessful by the technical bids opening commission.
