The « POPULAR ARMY EDITIONS-EPIC>>, launches a National and International Open call for tender
in the aim of : «Supply and installation of various printing machines »

The companies interested in the present invitation to tender may be presented to the address hereafter:

To withdraw the book of specifications against payment of 10.000,00 DA for the companies of Algerian
right and the equivalent in currencies, for the foreign companies, to the account of The External Bank of
Algeria "B. E.A" agency CHE-GUEVARA ALGIERS counts Nº 1000604152-66 and with equal, the value
for the foreigner company in the account of: The External Bank of Algeria "B. E. A" agency CHE-
GUEVARA ALGIERS, counts Nº1000604153-63.

People delegated for the withdrawal of the book of specifications must carry the documents following:

\- A copy of the proof of identity in the course of validity;

\- A letter of accreditation, delivered by the candidate to the submission;

\- A copy of the register of trade of the company (provided with an electronic code);

\- An original copy of the approval of payment of the due sum, and the form of exchange the currencies for
the foreign companies.

The offers including the documents required in the book of specifications will have to be divided into three
(03) parties:

1-One candidature file containing document required in the book of specifications;

2-A Technical offer contains the documents required by the book of specifications;

3-A financial business offer contains the documents required by the book of specifications.

The candidature file is inserted in an anonymous envelope separated from that of the technical and financial
offers, containing externally the mention:

Technical and financial offers are inserted in two (02) separate, anonymous and closed envelopes, indicating
on the exterior of each, respectively, the mentions:

«FINANCIAL OFFER - not to open- NOTICE FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL

The envelopes closing the candidature file, technical and financial offers must be received in a sealed fold to
the address below:

The exterior envelope must be strictly anonymous and will only contain the mention:

The submissions should be sent or deposited to the indicated address above, before the final date specified
before 29 OCT 2025 at 16H00.

The dates of opening of the bids of applications and the technical offers are fixed on the invitation delivered
jointly with the specifications.

Tenderers will remain engaged by their offers during a period of offers fixed in the schedule of sixty (60)
days.
