NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME No. 02 National and International Open Invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirements Nº 07/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/2025
The company of the phosphate mines, SOMIPHOS spa, informs the candidates who have withdrawn the specifications or the candidates who wish to withdraw the specifications relating to National and International Open Invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirements AONI Nº07/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/2025 for:
"Supply and commissioning of the following equipment: - Lot No. 1: Three (3) tracked down-the-hole hammer drilling rigs;
- Lot No. 2: Two (2) articulated graders > 17 tons (machine weight);
- Lot No. 3: Two (2) water trucks with a capacity of 20,000 to 25,000 liters + One (1) optional water truck. "For the Djebel Onk mining complex (CMDO),
For the benefit of the Phosphate Mining Company, SOMIPHOSTEBESSA, ALGERIA"
Published in the national dailies: E-Chourouk, Le Soir d'Algérie, and L'Horizon on November 27, 2025; as well as in the BAOSEM on December 02, 2025, the deadline for submitting bids, initially scheduled for January 06, 2025, and first extended to Tuesday, January 27, 2026, is extended once again until Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (local time).
The bid opening will take place on the same day: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:05 a.m.
Candidates interested in this Call for Tenders may obtain the specifications in two ways:

The specifications may be obtained in two ways:
1) From the SOMIPHOS, Spa accounting department: General Management Headquarters located in El Djorf, Tebessa; Algeria, upon payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty thousand Algerian Dinars (20,000 DA), representing documentation and reprography costs. The candidate must provide a copy of the legal status, the trade register, and the stamp;
2) To obtain the specifications online, a bank transfer is mandatory; of twenty thousand Algerian dinars (20,000 DA) into the account indicated below (as applicable):
