L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation suscitée, portant l’acquisition de Fourniture et mise en service d’un Package d’équipement électrique que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire SIRIUS SERVICES déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 126 082 350.00 DA/HTVA.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.
