طلب العروض المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 01/2025
طبقًا لأحكام المادة 40 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 15-247 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16، المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام،
تعلن مديرية المصالح الفلاحية لولاية الشلف عن عدم جدوى طلب العروض المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 01/2025، المتعلق بـ توريد وغرس الأشجار المثمرة من أصناف: اللوز، التين، الفستق، الجوز، والأرغان، بكمية إجمالية قدرها 29040 شتلة، في إطار البرنامج القطاعي للتنمية لسنة 2025، بالنسبة للحصتين (الثانية والثالثة):

الحصة الثانية : دوائر الشلف، بوقادير، وأولاد بن عبد القادر 7690 شتلة الحصة الثالثة: دوائر بني حواء، أبو الحسن، تنس، تاوقريت، وعين مران 5600 شتلة
وذلك لعدم مطابقة وعدم استيفاء العروض لأحكام دفتر الشروط.
