Every tenderer questioning the choice operated by ENGTP/Engineering Directorate, may introduce recourse in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of the provisional result of prequalification in the Baosem, nearby the contracting structure, and addressed to the President of the Control and Compliance Commission of the company.
Beyond this deadline, no recourse shall be accepted.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera accepté.
