NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR PREPARATION OF TENDERS
Open national and international call for tenders with requirement of minimum
capacities N°04/DCD/2025

In accordance with the provisions of the ONPS procurement procedures approved
by the Board of Directors on 07-07-2022;

The National Office of School Publications by abbreviation O.N.P.S. informs the
tenderers interested by the open national and international call for tenders with
requirement of minimum capacities N°04/DCD/2025, published in national daily
newspapers ECHOUROUCK and Le SOIR D'ALGERIE the 22/05/2025, for supply,
installation and commissioning of printing equipment consisting of two (02) lots:

Lot Nº01: Sheet Fed Offset Printing Machine.

Lot Nº02: Rotary offset printing machine.

that the deposit of the offers initially envisaged the fortieth 40th day either the 30June
2025 is extended for a further twenty (20) days or its 20 July 2025 (If this day coincides
with a public holiday or a legal rest day, the deadline for preparing offers is extended
until the following working day) of 09:00 to 12:00 limiting hour.

The opening of the folds will be done the same day with 13h00 (local time).
Bidders remain committed to their bids for a period of three (03) months plus the
duration of bid preparation, plus one (01) month for the successful bidder.

The tenderers are invited to attend the meeting of opening of the folds to the seat of
the General Direction of the ONPS.
