PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER Nº : 94 /2025/CB1
The ministry of the national defense launches an open national and international invitation to tender for: Supply, installation and commissioning of a Hospital Information System (HIS).
The enterprises interested by the present invitation to tender can present themselves at the seat of: MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE DIRECTION OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE SCHEDULE OF CONDITION TAGARINS-ALGIERS
To take the specification, against the payment of the sum of Ten thousand Algerian Dinars (10.000,00 DA), for companies under Algerian law and its equivalent in currencies for foreign companies, to the account nº 201.007.07.10, RIB 008970011299997001-65, opened at Central Treasury of Algiers and the account SWIFT/BIC BALGDZAL RTGS 9713000000, open near the bank of Algeria, in the name of "various product of the state budget".
The people delegated for the withdrawal of the specifications must bring the following documents:
- One (01) copy of a valid identity document;
- One (01) letter of accreditation delivered by the candidate tender;
- One (01) copy of the register of trade of the company;
- The original copy of the approval of payment of the due sum.
Offers including pieces and documents required in specifications must be split into three (03) parts:
One (01) application file including the documents required by the specifications;
- One (01) the technical offer including the documents required by the specifications;
One (01) the financial offer including the documents required by the specifications.
The application file is inserted in an anonymous envelope separated from that of the technical and financial offers and including on the outside the mention "Application file - open national and international invitation to tender Nº: 94 /2025/CB1 ".
The technical and financial offers are inserted in two separated, closed and anonymous envelopes, indicating on the outside of each respectively the mention "Technical offer - not to open - open national and international invitation to tender Nº .. 94 /2025/CB1" and "Financial offer - not to open - open national and international invitation to tender N° .. 94 /2025/CB1".
The envelopes containing the application file, the technical and financial offers, must be sent in a sealed envelope to the following address:
DIRECTION OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION FOR RECEIVING OF BIDS AND OPENING OF APPLICATIONS B.P Nº 184- ALGIERS Gare - ALGERIA
The exterior letter must be strictly anonymous and must only include the mention: "Submission" - NOT TO BE OPENED . OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER Nº. 94 /2025/CB1
Bids must be addressed or submitted in the address indicated above; before the 01 Juin 2025 at. 09h30.
The date of opening of applications and technical offers are fixed in sent jointly with the specifications.
The tenderers will remain engaged to their offers for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days.
