Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés aplicables aux sociétés du groupe Sonlgaz, la Société Algérienne des Industries Electriques et Gazières (SAIEG), Unité de Maintenance et Fabrication de la Pièce de Rechange « UMFPDR », Division Approvisionnements, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’avis d’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N°51/ DAP/ UMFPDR/SAIEG/2024 relatif à la :

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par le service contractant peuvent introduire un recours dans les dix (10) jours comptés à partir de la date de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoir, auprés du président de la Commission Des Marchés de l’Unite du service contractant domciliée à l’adresse suivant: Unité de Maintenance et Fabrication de la pièce de rechange «UMFPDR », société du groupe Sonelgaz Zone industrielle Draa El Hadja B.P 178M’sila 28000 Algérie.

PROVISIONAL CONTACT AWARDING NOTICE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER N°51/ DAP/ UMFPDR/SAIEG/2024

In accordance with the provisions of the market regulations applicable to Sonelgaz group companies, the Algerian Company of Electric and Gas Industries SAIEG/ JSC, Maintenance and Spare Part Manufacturing Unit “UMFPDR”, Supply Division, informs all bidders having participated in the national and international open call for tenders N°51/DAP/UMFPDR /SAIEG/2024 relating to:

Supply, installation, commissioning with training in the operation and maintenance of numerically controlled machining centers

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the following bidder : DMG MORI.

The provisional allocation was made on the basis of the following assessment

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting service may lodge an appeal within Ten (10) days counted from the date of the first publication of the provisional award notice, to the president of the Procurement Commission.
