In compliance with the presidential decree N° 12-2 3 of Safar, 24^th 1433 corresponding to January, 18^th 2012, modifying and completing the presidential decree of Shoual, 28^th 1431 corresponding to October, 07^th 2010, regarding the public contracts, SAIEG Spa- UFMEEG- the Electrical Products Directorate informs the tenderers that the national and international open invitation to tender N° 02/2022/SAIEG/UFMEEG/DE, regarding:

That this latter has been declared partially unsuccessful for the following reasons:
