The Company of Industrial Maintenance, Skikda  (abridged SOMIK-Spa) issues a National And International Open Invitation To Tenders, in one step, regarding:

Horizontal combined machining machine (turning and milling, 5-axis) dedicated to CNC steel

Tenderers or their duly authorized representatives interested in this Invitation to Tender may withdraw the tender file from: cellule passation des contrats - Complexe SOMIK-Spa BP 02 Zone Industrielle de Skikda

upon presentation of a power of attorney to withdraw the tender file for authorized persons, a copy of the electronic trade register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand (5,000.00)DA to the SOMIK Spa bank account No. 00200052520356219592 opened with the External Bank of Algeria, Skikda agency, and One Hundred Euros (€100) for foreign companies to the SOMIK-Spa account No. 002 00085 850856001065, IBAN No. DZ 5500200085850856001065, BIC BEXADZAL address at the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie, Skikda Agency. Also, companies wishing to withdraw the specifications electronically can submit the withdrawal request by email, bank proof and trade register to the following email address: daosom021@gmail.com - ihaddad@somik.dz

The bank proof must include the company’s name and the tender number.

tenderers must provide a submission bail deposit in the technical offer in the amount of:

1,000,000.00 DA for nationals.

€6,500 for foreign companies.

Tenderers must submit their technical and financial offers simultaneously.

The technical offer and the commercial offer must be submitted in separate sealed inner envelopes, placed in a single sealed envelope.

Only the inner envelopes must bear the tenderer's acronym, company name, and address.

The outer envelope must only contain the following mandatory information:

The deadline for receipt of offers is set at Forty-Five (45) days as of the date of publication of this Invitation to tender in BAOSEM before 4:00 p.m.

If the date of submission of offers coincides with a public holiday or a weekend (Friday or Saturday), the deadline for submission of offers will be extended until the next working day.

tenderers will remain engaged to their offers for One Hundred And Twenty (180) days as of the deadline for offer’s submission.
