International Prequalification

Société Nationale de Commercialisation et de Distribution de Produits Pétroliers - NAFTAL Spa, Branche Carburants, Direction Commercial, is launching an international pre-qualification invitation to tender with a view to establishing a short-list of qualified companies for :

Importing specific brand lubricants.

Qualified candidates will be solicited when the call for suppliers is launched.

The pre-qualification file can be obtained free of charge by a duly authorized person from the following address as soon as this notice is published in the Bulletin of Invitation to Tenders of the Energy and Mines Sector BAOSEM:

The deadline for receipt and candidature submission is fixed for forty-five (45) days as of the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The candidature file must be placed in a sealed, anonymous envelope bearing only the following information in capital letters:

N°01/2023/NAFTAL/B.CBR/D. COM

« A NE PAS OUVRIR »

An AD-HOC committee will process the candidature file and draw up a short-list of companies that have met NAFTAL Spa's relevant criteria.

Candidates whose the candidature file have not been selected will be kept informed.

The result of this operation will be published on BAOSEM.

Pre-qualification must be renewed periodically, but for no more than Six (06) months.
