AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE

La Société SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Division Maintenance, Direction Gestion de l’Intégrité des Canalisations et Installations Intégrées informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant retiré le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°01/TRC/MNT/GIC/2024 portant :

Inspection par racleurs instrumentés des Canalisations d’hydrocarbures répartie en quatre lots séparés

paru au BAOSEM N°2316 du 30/10/2024, qu’après évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les lots N°1 et 4 ont été attribués provisoirement comme suit :

Lot 1 est  attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire LINSCAN ADVANCED PIPELINES AND TANKS SERVICES (UAE) pour un montant de :

35 259 522,00 DZD       et          2 005 968,00 USD

Lot 4 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire Groupement CPTDC - CPPI (CHINE)  pour un montant de :

63 541 260,00 DZD        et          1 882 704,00 USD

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent les présentes attributions provisoires peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la parution au BAOSEM du présent avis à l’adresse suivante :

TEMPORARY AWARD NOTICE

The SONATRACH Company, Pipeline Transportation Activity, Maintenance Division, Pipeline and Integrated Installations Integrity Management, informs all bidders who have withdrawn the national and international open call for tender N°01/TRC/MNT/GIC/24 relating to In-line inspection of oil and gas pipelines in four separate packages, published in BAOSEM N°2316 of 30/10/2024, that after technical and financial evaluation, the packages N°1 and 4 have been temporarily awarded as follows:

Package 1 is temporarily awarded to the bidder LINSCAN ADVANCED PIPELINES AND TANKS SERVICES (UAE) for an amount of :

35 259 522,00 DZD and 2 005 968,00 USD

Package 4 is temporarily awarded to the bidder Groupement CPTDC - CPPI (CHINA) for an amount of :

63 541 260,00 DZD and 1 882 704,00 USD

Bidders who contest these provisional awards may file an appeal within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM at the following address:
