AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DES LOTS

La Société SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Division Maintenance, Direction Gestion de l’Intégrité des Canalisations et Installations Intégrées

informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant retiré le Dossier de consultation restreinte N°02/TRC/MNT/GIC/2025 portant :

Inspection par racleurs instrumentés des lignes de chargement « On-shore » répartie en quatre lots séparés,

qu’après évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les lots ont été attribués provisoirement, selon les montants affichés lors de la séance d’ouverture des plis le 3 Novembre 2025, comme suit :

Lot 1 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INTERO INTEGRITY SERVICES B.V pour un montant de :

965 690.72 € et 4 473 300.00 DZD

et ce après alignement de son offre à celle de APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U , classé moins disant, avec majoration de 10%.

Lot 2 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INTERO INTEGRITY SERVICES B.V pour un montant de :

1 271 432.23 € et 4 473 300.00 DZD

et ce après alignement de son offre à celle de APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U , classé moins disant, avec majoration de 10%.

Lot 3 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U pour un montant de :

2 270 373.00 € et 28 787 886.00 DZD

Lot 4 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U pour un montant de :

1 840 236 .00 € et 24 211 926.00 DZD

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent les présentes attributions provisoires peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la parution au BAOSEM du présent avis à l’adresse citée ci-dessus.

TEMPORARY PACKAGES AWARD NOTICE

SONATRACH Company, Transport by Pipeline Activity, Maintenance Division, Pipeline and Integrated Installations Integrity Management Department

informs all bidders who withdrew the restricted consultation file N°02/TRC/MNT/GIC/2025 relating the:

inspection by instrumented pigs of the "On-shore" loading lines, divided into four separate packages,

that after evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the packages have been provisionally awarded, according to the amounts displayed during the bid opening session on November 3, 2025, as follows:

Package 1 is provisionally awarded to the bidder INTERO INTEGRITY SERVICES B.V

for an amount of :

965 690.72 € and 4 473 300.00 DZD

following the alignment of its offer with that of APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U, which had submitted the lowest-ranked bid, with a 10% increase.

Package 2 is provisionally awarded to the bidder INTERO INTEGRITY SERVICES B.V

for an amount of :

1 271 432.23 € and 4 473 300.00 DZD

following the alignment of its offer with that of APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U, which had submitted the lowest-ranked bid, with a 10% increase

Package 3 is provisionally awarded to the bidder APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U

for an amount of:

Package 4 is provisionally awarded to the bidder APPLUS NORCONTROL S.L.U for an amount of:

Bidders who contest these provisional awards may file an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM at the address mentioned above.
