The national company of drilling 'E.NA.FOR/SPA', the Contracting Structure : Procurement and Inventory Management issues a national and international open invitation to tender in a single stage, relating to:

INSPECTION & RE-CERTIFICATION API RP 4G GATEGORY III & IV OF MATS AND SUBSTRUCTURES AND 4G EXPERTISE

Tenderers interested in this notice, except those on the black list, may obtain the tender documents from the Département Passation Des Marches (DPM), Base Abdelhak Ben Hamouda Enafor Hassi Messaoud-W-(Ouargla), upon presentation of proof of payment of ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10.000.00  DZD), for Algerian bidders and eighty 80 US $(or equivalent) for foreign bidders to the ENAFOR account, N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Key 13, opened at the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA), Agence Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).

The offers constituting the tender, accompanied by the original of the tender guarantee, must be delivered to the above address, in a double closed envelope, with the following wording on the outer envelope:

"OFFRE TECHNIQUE ET OFFRE FINANCIERE CONFIDENTIEL A NE PAS OUVRIR AVIS D'APPEL D'OFFRES NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OUVERT N°02/ AONI/ DMEP/ 2023

The deadline for withdrawal of the tender documents is twenty (20) days following publication in the BAOSEM. The deadline for submission of technical and financial bids is thirty-five (35) days following publication in the BAOSEM, with a deadline of 4.00 p.m. on the last working day.

Any tender sent after the deadline will be considered null and void.
