INSPECTION SERVICES FOR DRILLING AND WORKOVER EQUIPMENT ON CALL-OUT BASIS

Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields), in 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-SFNE fields and ZEA perimeters, OO-II and SF-II, issues a notice of rectification of the national and international restricted tender Réf GSE N° GSE N°5737-CDM-00-ZM-25, regarding "INSPECTION SERVICES FOR DRILLING AND WORKOVER EQUIPMENT ON CALL-OUT BASIS” published in BAOSEM No. 2343 081 00 of 01/16/2025.

This amendment refers to the invitation to tender’s participation criteria, which is amended as follows:

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns only the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions:

provision of evidence relevant to five (5) years of specific experience in similar projects in the oil and gas sector (INSPECTION OF DRILLING AND WORK-OVER EQUIPMENT), supported by certificates of successful execution issued by Clients.

Furthermore, we would like to inform those interested in the aforementioned invitation to tender that the deadlines have been extended as follows:

• The deadline for the request and subsequent receipt of the tender documents (i.e. ITT Package) has been extended from 06/02/2025 to 13/02/2025.

• The Bid Closing Date has been extended from 19/02/2025 to 26/02/2025.
