AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION DE CONTRAT

AON Nº GHBR-DRL-24-076

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), une association entre Sonatrach et PTTEP, porte à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°GHBR-DRL-24-076 relatif à :

 "Third Party Inspection Services for OCTG and Drilling Equipment for HBR Drilling Campaign"

paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2274 du 01/07/2024, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’examen des Offres Financières correspondant aux Offres Techniques jugées conformes, le Contrat a été  attribué à la Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services Italia, pour une valeur contractuelle estimée de 374,022 USD.

En cas de préoccupations ou de contestations concernant le traitement de leurs offres, les soumissionnaires sont invités à soumettre leurs recours par e-mail à l'adresse HBR-Contracts@ghbr.dz dans un délai de cinq (5) jours à compter de la date de publication du présent avis.

NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD

TENDER Nº GHBR-DRL-24-076

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), a joint venture between Sonatrach and PTTEP, hereby announces to all bidders who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. GHBR-DRL-24-076 for the

"Third Party Inspection Services for OCTG and Drilling Equipment for HBR Drilling Campaign"

as published in BAOSEM No. 2274 dated 01/07/2024, that following the opening and examination of the Commercial Offers corresponding to the technically compliant offers, the Contract has been awarded to Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services Italia, for an estimated contract value of USD 374,022.

In the event that bidders have concerns on the handling of their bids, appeals may be submitted by email to HBR-Contracts@ghbr.dz within five (5) days from the date of this publication.
