Que le Lot N°04 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SOURCA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 38 034 US Dollars en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Trente-Huit Mille Trente-Quatre US Dollars

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a share capital of 6,000,000,000 DA, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the National & International Open Invitation to Tenders No. 02/A/2025 regarding :

Measuring instruments allocated in nine (9) batches :

Batch No. 1: Temperature and Pressure Measuring Instruments

Batch No. 2: Electrical Measuring Instruments and Instrumentation

Batch No. 3: Mechanical Testing Instruments

Batch No. 4: Non Distructive Testing CND Instruments

Batch No. 5: Painting and Coating Instruments

Batch No. 6: Ambient Measurement Instruments

Batch No. 7: Miscellaneous Measuring Instruments

Batch No. 8: Cable, Pipe, and Metal Detectors

Batch No. 9: XRF Analyzer for Positive Material Identification (PMI)

That Batch No. 4 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer, "SOURCA" declared the lowest tenderer for the amount of 38 034.00 USD

In words: Thirty-Eight Thousand and Thirty-Four US Dollars

Tenderers contesting this award may lodge a recourse addressed to the President of the SARPI Spa Enterprise Procurement Committee and filed against acknowledgment of receipt at the SARPI Spa SDAS structure, no later than five (05) working days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin of invitation to Tenders for the Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM).
