INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE FOR MLN & HASSI MESSAOUD

PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion 405A,S.A, “The Association” managed by the presidentiel decret N°- 24-438 of December, 31^st 2024, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1^st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria, launches an international open tender 2504 (25) related to:

- ITT - INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE FOR MLN & HMD

The scope of work includes but not be limited to, Freight forwarding, transportation and customs clearance services (excluding local Algerian customs clearance service), inspection, packaging, documentation checking, documentation issuing  and reporting for goods purchased worldwide.

IMPORTANT: This invitation is addressed to specialized companies operating in the business of the international logistics services.

Conditions of Participation:

This international open tender applies ONLY to bidders meeting the following conditions:

1) Having a trade License  pertaining to the service subject of this invitation.

2) Not being listed in the Sonatrach vendors blacklist;

3) Not having litigation with PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi or its parteners, including Sonatrach and Repsol;

Company invites tenderers interested by the current free electronic Invitation to tender (ITT) to manifest their interest by sending by e-mail, to the below provided addresses, the following documents:

Letter of interest requesting for a copy of the invitation to tender documents. The interest letter must be duly signed by the tenderer’s authorized person;

A copy of a valid et certified trade License delivered by the tenderer’s country local authorities .

This invitation to tender is a one stage process, which implies that tenderers shall submit their Technical and commercial tenders in one phase.

The scanned copies of the required documents must be readable and of good quality, PDF format is recommended.

The deadline and time for sending the Interest Letter and the trade register is Fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The deadline for bids receipt at PT Pertamina Algeria EP reception in Hassi Messaoud is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the BAOSEM magazine & online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The date of publication is included in the calculation of both the above set submission deadlines.

Regarding the interest letter and trade register license submitted by email: The date and time of receipt in the designated email inboxes will determine whether the tenderer’s participation in this Invitation to Tender is accepted or rejected.

Regarding bids submission: The date and stamp by the Reception Office Desk at the Hassi Messaoud Company Base de Vie is the sole reference for determining whether a bid has been submitted before the deadline. Only bids received and dated by this office before the specified deadline will be considered valid.

Any submission received after the deadline, regardless of the sending date, will be considered as nul and void.

Bidders remain committed by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the set closing date for bids receipt.

All the cost incurred for the preparation of the bids documents, the shipping fees and any associated cost must be entirely a tenderer’s charge. Tenderers shall not get into any recourse to claim to Company for the reimbursement of such cost.
