INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER

N° AO-20/DAC/GTFT/2023

The Groupement Tin Fouyé Tabenkort, acting as an "Operator" on behalf of SONATRACH & TOTAL, governed by legislative decree n°93-08 of April 25, 1993, is issuing a restricted national call for tenders with the following objective:

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT SERVICES FOR THE GROUPEMENT TFT

Interested bidders for this Restricted International Call for Tenders, who are not on SONATRACH's blacklist, may receive the Tender Specifications free of charge via email by submitting the following attachements:

1-A signed request for the withdrawal of the Tender Specifications by an authorized person.

2-A copy of the Commercial Registry confirming the transit activity.

3-One (01) certificate of satisfactory completion for a similar service.

Tenderers must submit simultaneously their technical and commercial offers, each in a separate and closed envelope; the envelope containing both bids must be strictly anonymous and include the following:

The deadline for submission of the technical and financial offers is Thirty (30) days from the publication of the present announcement in the BAOSEM, the date of publication being included in this period.

All tenders received after 6.00 p.m. on the closing date will be considered null and void.

The Bidders will stay committed by their offers for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days counting from the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
