الأمر ببدء الأشغال رقم 376/2024
طبقا لأحكام قانون الصفقات العمومية المعمول به لدى الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز - التوزيع- مديرية التوزيع ادرار، والذي يهدف إلى تنفيذ الأعمال التالية:
ALIMENTATION EN E.E 06 FORAGES AGRICOLE MOKHTAR TEHOUNE (P01) PERIMETRE INTILIA TIMOKTEN
بناء على الاتفاقية رقم: 152/2024 المصادق عليها بتاريخ: 17/09/2024 المبرمة بين مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز أدرار ومؤسسة: باشا قدور.
بناءا على عدم احترام مقاولة باشا قدور للالتزامات التي تعهدت بها بموجب المناقصة رقم 22/كهرباء/2024.
قررت مديرية التوزيع أدرار فسخ العقد بسبب الأخطاء الحصرية لشركتكم تحت مسؤوليتكم المنفردة، كما أننا سنتخذ في حقكم ما يترتب عن الفسخ من إجراءات.
