a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « EURL ALGETRANS » pour un montant de « 178 644 000,00 DA/TTC/HTVA » soit Cent Soixante-Dix-Huit Million Six Cent Quarante-Quatre Mille Dinars Algériens En Toutes Taxes Comprises Hormis TVA
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات جميع المترشحين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة الوطنية المحدودة رقم 146/DVLP/DAPS/2025 الصادرة في الباوسم عدد 2457 بتاريخ 10 ديسمبر 2025 المتعلقة ب:
انجاز أشغال الحفر والهندسة المدنية لمشروع استبدال خط أنابيب النفط PC01-TA/MESDAR بقطر 16 بوصة، والمقسم إلى حصتين (2)،
أن عقد الحصة رقم 1 من "PK 00+000 الى "PK 33+715، أي 33,715 مترًا
قد تم منحها مؤقتا للمترشح EURL ALGETRANS
بمبلغ 178 644 000.00 دينار جزائري مع احتساب كل الرسوم/دون احتساب ضريبة القيمة المضافة
معيار الاختيار: أقل عرض مالي من بين العروض المختارة تقنيًا.
يمكن للمترشحين المعارضين للاختيار المقرر تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ أول نشر للمنح المؤقت،
لا يجب أن يتعلق الطعن الا بالقرارات المتخذة في معالجة العرض.
