L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation suscitée, portant :
L’ACQUISITION DE FILTRES SEPARATEURS GAZ A CARTOUCHE
pour le projet de Mise à niveau du terminal arrive GZ4 à BENI SAF et extension du terminal départ MEDGAZ a MOCTA DOUZ, que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « PROCESS SYSTEM » déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de :
4 037 500,00 euros avec un délai de livraison de Neuf (09) mois hors délai d’approbation ARH
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

The National Company of Big Oil Works (ENGTP), Engineering Directorate, informs all tenderers having participated in the aforementioned Consultation, relating to
ACQUISITION OF CARTRIDGE GAS SEPARATOR FILTERS
for the project : upgrading the arrival terminal GZ4 at BENI SAF and extension of the departure terminal MEDGAZ at MOCTA DOUZ
that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer PROCESS SYSTEM declared the lowest offer for an amount of 4.037.500.00 euros with a delivery deadline of nine (09) months excluding ARH approval period
The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to
The president of the Compliance Control Commission
filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

تُعلم مديرية الهندسة للشركة الوطنية للأشغال البترولية الكبرى جميع المكتتبين المتنافسين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة المذكورة أعلاه بأن العقد تم منحه مؤقتا للمكتتب « PROCESS SYSTEM »
بمبلغ : 4 037 500,00 يورو وبمدة تسليم تقدر بتسعة (09) أشهر باستثناء الموعد النهائي لموافقة ARH
يجوز لأي مكتتب معترض على هذا المنح المؤقت للعقد ان يقدم طعن موجه الى
رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للمؤسسة
مع وصل الاستلام على مستوى المديرية خلال خمسة 05 أيام مفتوحة ابتداءا من تاريخ نشر هذا الاشعار في نشرة المناقصات الخاصة بقطاع المحروقات والطاقة.
