L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°018/DVLP/DAPS/2025, paru dans le BAOSEM n°2360 du 05/03/2025 portant sur :

L’acquisition de cinq (05) pelles hydrauliques sur chenilles de 28 à 32 tonnes, équipées de marteau brise roche de 1,5 à 2 tonnes,

Qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » pour un montant de «171 188 858,50 YEN/CFR Port Mostaganem » soit Cent Soixante Et Onze Millions Cent Quatre-Vingt-Huit Mille Huit Cent Cinquante-Huit Yen Japonais Et Cinquante Centimes En CFR Port Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa announces the provisional award of the National & International Open Invitation to Tender n° 018/DVLP/DAPS/2025, regarding:

Acquisition of five (05) crawler hydraulic excavators of 28 to 32 tons, equipped with 1.5 to 2 ton rock breakers  

Has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer " INTRACO SPA "

for an amount of 171 188 858.50 YEN/CFR Port Mostaganem" or One Hundred Seventy-One Million One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Eight Japanese Yen and Fifty Cents in CFR Port Mostaganem.

Selection criterion : lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
