L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert en deux (02) étapes n°174/DVLP/DAPS/2024, paru dans le BAOSEM n°2347 du 28/01/2025 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire FASEK ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION GMBH portant sur :
L’acquisition des actionneurs oléopneumatiques, destinés au projet mise à niveau des PC, PS et PP des ouvrages GZ1/2/3 & GZ4,
Pour un montant de « 2 171 476.60 Euros » soit Deux Millions Cent Soixante et Onze Mille Quatre Cent Soixante Seize Euros & Soixante Centimes en CFR Port de Mostaganem + Prestation : Net Transférable).
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Acquisition of oleo pneumatic actuators, intended for the project Upgrading of the PC, PS and PP of the GZ1/2/3 and GZ4 works for an amount of:
2.171.476.60 Euro/ CFR Mostaganem port. + Service : Transferable Net Amount
Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected ones
Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.
The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer
