L’ENAC/Spa annonce l’attribution provisoire du contrat en Consultation Restreinte n°003/DVLP/DAPS/2025 issu de l’appel d’offre national ouvert n°069/DVL/DAP/2024 portant sur l’acquisition des logiciels ;

- Logiciel ETAP.

- Logiciel PIPENET.

- Logiciel CAD profi suite –full commercial., Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2298 du 09/09/2024, a été attribué au soumissionnaire « SARL INTELLISOLUTIONS » et ce pour un montant de 95 171 815.04 DA/TTC, soit Quatre Vingt Quinze Millions Cent Soixante et Onze Mille Huit Cent Quinze Dinars Algériens et Quatre Centimes en Toutes Taxes Comprises.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

For an amount of : Ninety-five Million One Hundred Seventy-one Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Algerian Dinars and Four Centimes (including all taxes).

Selection criterion : lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
