L’acquisition des transformateurs sur poteaux / tableaux et équipements BT destinés au projet réhabilitation de l'oléoduc Bejaia 1 (ROB1 24'') SP1 Bis Djamaa-SP3 Msila,
Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2360 du 05/03/2025 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire SARL NEW TRADING POWER (NTP), pour un montant de « 30 213 400.00 DA/TTC/HTVA » soit Trente Millions Deux Cent Treize Mille Quatre Cent Dinars Al en Toutes Taxes Comprises Hormis TVA.
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.
