La Société Sonatrach Activité RPC – Division Exploitation Pétrochimie- Complexe CP2K B.P N°237 Z.I Skikda fax : 038.94.07.16, informe les soumissionnaires ayant Participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et international Ouvert N°02/PMA-T/CP2K/2025 relatif à l’Acquisition d’une Ligne Automatique d'Ensachage pour le Complexe CP2K, paru sur BAOSEM N° 2376 du 23/04/2025, qu’après Ouverture et Evaluation des Offres Financières des soumissionnaires dont les offres techniques ont été jugées conformes par la Commission d’Evaluation des Offres Techniques (CEOT), le Contrat a été attribué provisoirement, au :

Soumissionnaire : PAYPER-Espagne.

Montant global du Contrat : Un million Cent un mille neuf cent quatre-vingt et un Euros (1 101 981,00 €).

Délai d’exécution :

Délai de livraison de la Fourniture : onze (11) mois à compter de la date d’Entrée en vigueur du contrat ;

Délai de réalisation des Prestations : un (01) mois à compter de la date de réception de la fourniture ;

Critère de choix : prix moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix de la structure contractante peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau du bureau d’ordre du Complexe CP2.K à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessus, au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM.

RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF AN AUTOMATIC BAGGING LINE

SONATRACH Company – RPC Activity – Petrochemical Operations Division – CP2.K Complex, P.O. Box No. 237, Industrial Zone, Skikda, Fax: +213 (0)38 94 07 16, hereby informs all bidders who participated in the Open National and International Tender No. °02/PMA-T/CP2K/2025, relating to the Acquisition of an Automatic Bagging Line, published in BAOSEM Issue No. 2376 dated 23/04/2025, that following the opening and evaluation of the financial bids of bidders whose technical offers were deemed compliant by the Technical Offer Evaluation Committee (CEOT), the contract has been provisionally awarded to:

Bidder: PAYPER-Espagne

Total Amount (including all taxes) in Algerian Dinars: One Million One Hundred And One Thousand Nine Hundred And Eighty-One Euros (1 101 981,00 Euros).

Execution Timeframe:

Delivery period: eleven (11) months starting from the date the contract enters into force.

Timeframe for performance of the service: one (1) month starting from the date of receipt of the supply.

Selection criteria: Lowest price.

Any bidder contesting the choice of the contracting authority may submit an appeal, against acknowledgment of receipt, to the Registry Office of the CP2.K Complex at the address indicated above, no later than Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this provisional award notice in BAOSEM.
