Notice of Invitation to National and International Technical Pre-selection
N ° 02 / TAL / DEX / RDF / 2018

Tassili Airlines / Operations Management is launching a technical pre-selection in view of:

The Dry & Wet Lease of Dash 8 Q200 and/or Dash 8 Q400 and/or B737 NG Full Flightsimulators for the recurrent trainings of Tassili Airlines crews, Initial Type Ratings as well as the following E-Learning courses : CRM, DGR, SEP, PRNAV, EGPWS-CFIT, AWOLVO CAT II/III, TCAS II 7.1 and associated services (accommodation and transport).

The present Technical Pre-selection is addressed exclusively to the holders of an ATO

(Approved Training Organization) certificate, issued by the territorially competent Civil

Aviation Authority, excluding any other intermediary.

The process of the Technical Pre-selection will be conducted in one phase with the submission of two (02) separate envelopes, each containing the technical bid bearing the expression: «Technical Bid". These two envelopes will each contain the bidder’s head office and address.

These two (02) envelopes will be inserted in a single outer envelope, which, under penalty of rejection, must be anonymous.

(For this purpose bidders using the services of express mail companies, must ensure that their provider delivers to Tassili Airlines a completely anonymous fold and deletes any sender-related information, if applicable), with no mention other than the following:

penalty of rejection, bidders must not under any circumstances mention price indications in their technical bid.

The bids will be transmitted or submitted to the above-mentioned address.

The deadline for submitting the technical bids is set to March 18th 2018 at 14:00 pm

The opening of the folds of the technical bids will take place on March 18th 2018 at 14:00 pm at the Company’s Headquarters in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Bidders will remain engaged by their bids for a period of 120 days starting from the deadline for submission of technical bids.
