NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

REF: N°08-DBD-TTA-2025

FOR ACMI (AIRCRAFT, CREW, MAINTENANCE AND INSURANCE) LEASING OF ONE (01) HELICOPTER FOR FOREST FIRE FIGHTING

TASSILI TRAVAIL AÉRIEN SPA (TTA Spa), an aerial work company and subsidiary of SONATRACH is issuing this National and International Call for Tenders for:

Leasing, under an ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) contract, of one (01) specialized helicopter for forest firefighting, with a water capacity approaching 10,000 liters.

This call for tenders covers the forest firefighting campaign for the year 2026, for a duration of three and a half (3.5) months.

Eligible bidders are air companies holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

Area of operation : North of Algeria.
