Paru initialement dans le BAOSEM Nº 2307 en date du 06 Octobre 2024, Réf :2307 134 00, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le mieux disant nommé ci-après ;

Tout soumissionnaire contestant l’attribution opéré par le service contractant peut introduire un recours auprès des Co-administrateurs du Groupement Berkine sis à Route de Cina, Zone des Partenaires SONATRACH, 24 Février 30500 Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla), dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours à compter de la première publication du présent avis dans BAOSEM. Passé ce délais aucun recours ne sera accepté.

CASING RUNNING SERVICES _ PREMIUM CONNECTION for Three (03) Years firm & 6 Months optional

Published on Baosem N° 2307, dated on May   5^th 2024, ref: 2307 134 00 that the contract is temporary awarded to the best following bidder;

Any bidder contesting the choice made by the contracting company may lodge an appeal with the Co-administrators of the Groupement Berkine located at Route de Cina, SONATRACH Partners Zone, February 24, 30500 Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla), within Five (05) days from the first publication of this notice in BAOSEM. After this deadline, no appeal will be accepted.
