L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°007/DVL/DAP/2025, portant sur l’acquisition de tracteurs agricoles, répartis en deux (02) lots, Paru dans le BAOSEM n° 2359 du 03/03/2025, que
Lot N°02 : Acquisition de dix (10) tacreurs agricoles sur pneus 4X4
A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SARL TIRSAM » , pour un montant de Cent Six Millions Vingt Neuf Mille Dinars Algériens en Toutes Taxes Comprises «106 029 000,00 DA/TTC ».
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

That Batch No. 02: Acquisition of Ten (10) Agricultural Tractors on 4X4 Tires
has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « SARL TIRSAM », for an amount of:
106.029.000.00 DZD/ All taxes included
Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers
Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.
The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار، تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات، في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.
لا يمكن أن يتعلق الطعن سوى بالقرارات التي تم اتخاذها أثناء معالجة عرضه.
