The National Office of School's Publications launches a National and international invitation to open tender with minimum capacity requirements for raw material of printing consisting of two (02) lots: Lot Nº01: Primary yellow ink, Ink HEATSET (Black, Red, Blue and Yellow). Lot Nº02: Side glue HOLTMELT 263 BS.
This notice of call for tenders is intended for candidates who meet the following conditions:
-Have a status of manufacturer of printing products, representative of manufacturer or exclusive representative.
- Have a minimum of two (02) years of experience in the field.
The specifications will be collected at the headquarters of the ONPS at the Commercial and distribution Directorate, Markets Department, against payment of the sum of: 25 000,00 DA non-refundable by cashier's check or by transfer or payment to the bank current account N º 00 100 620 0300 300 156 70, domiciled at the BNA, Zirout Youcef Agency 620 Algiers, or an amount of equal value in any other convertible currency, payable by bank cheque or by transfer to the same bank current account.
Offers drawn up in accordance with the instructions contained in the tender specifications consisting of an application file, a technical tender and a financial tender must be accompanied by the documents cited in the tender specifications listed in Article 10 of the instructions section to tenderers of these specifications, shall be submitted to the General Directorate of the ONPS in a closed envelope at the following address:

The application file (declaration of candidacy, declaration of probity ... etc), the technical offer (The Declaration to subscribe ... etc) and the financial offer (The submission letter, the unit price schedule ... etc), must be put in separate and sealed envelopes indicating the name of the company, the reference and the object of the call for tenders as well as the mention(distinction): "APPLICATION FILE", " TECHNICAL OFFER ", " FINANCIAL OFFER " as the case may be. These three (03) envelopes are put in a single sealed and anonymous envelope without any indication of the tenderer. She (it) will contain only the following mention (distinction):
"To open only by the committee (commission) of opening of folds and evaluation of the offers" National and international invitation to open tender with minimum capacity requirements Nº07/DCD/2024
Raw material of printing consisting of two (02) lots
The offers deposit is set for Thirty days (30) from the first publication of this notice of call for tenders, in national press and the "BOMOP".
The tenderers shall remain bound by their offers during Ninety days (90), increased by the duration of preparation of offers plus thirty days (30) for the successful tenderer from the date of submission of this tenders.
Any submission which doesn't respect the conditions of the specifications shall not be considered.
The closing date for the offers deposit set the 30th day from 9.00 AM to 12.00 The folds opening set in the same day at 1.00 PM (local time) shall be public with presence of the tenderers at the General Direction of "ONPS".
