The Operator “BMS OC”, association between SONATRACH SpA and Cepsa (Rhourde el Rouni) S.L.U. Operating in Algeria in Exploration and exploitation of Hydrocarbons in the perimeter of Rhourde El Rouni (Bloc 401C) launches a National and International Invitation to Tender for:

The Scope of Work in the Tender package describes in details all the required specifications of the Services to be performed.

The deadline for reception of technical and commercial Offers shall be twenty-one (21) days from the date of the publication of this Call for Tender in the BAOSEM. Tenders will be delivered to the address below, in strict compliance with the instructions provided in the ITT documents. Any Offer received after that date shall be considered null and void.

The Contract will be awarded to the tenderer who obtains the best scoring in the Technical and Commercial Evaluation.

Important Notes:

• All the expenses and costs related to the preparation of the submission will be for the account of the Tenderer.
• Tender documents will not be returned to Tender.

1/ The Tenderers must have Register of Commerce in conformity with the present Call for Tender.

2/ Tenderers are not in Sonatrach Black List.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the reception of the tenders will never imply either the recognition or the obligation for COMPANY to include the Tenderer in the COMPANY´s list of approved suppliers and to subsequently award to Tenderer the contract for the provision of the services herein described.
