The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) located at 10 Mohamed Taher Semani Street, Hydra, Algiers, informs all tenderers who have withdrawn the specifications of the National & International Open Invitation to Tenders No. 02/A/2025 regarding:

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS ALLOTED IN NEW (09) batches :

Batch No. 01: Temperature and humidity measuring instruments Pressure

Batch No. 2: Electrical Measuring Instruments and Instrumentation

Batch No. 3: Mechanical Testing Instruments

Batch No. 4: NDT Testing Instruments

Batch No. 5: Paint and Coating Instruments

Batch No. 6: Ambient Measuring Instruments

Batch No. 7: Miscellaneous Measuring Instruments

Batch No. 8: Cable, Pipe, and Metal Detectors

Batch No. 9: XRF Analyzer for Positive Material Identification (PMI)

That an addendum has been issued modifying the late payment penalties:

"In the event that the delivery deadline is not met, the co-contractor shall pay the contractor a penalty of One and half percent (1.5%) per week of delay on the amount of the undelivered supply."
