  NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

N° 17/APT/RTH/EXP/2025

1.The Company SONATRACH, Transport Activity by Pipeline, Operating Division, Regional Direction Haoud El Hamra BP 96 Hassi Messaoud district of Ouargla, launches a National and International Open Invitation to Tender for: Acquisition of measuring instruments (indicator and transmitter) for the RTH.

2.Tender Documents may be requested by email at the following address: spm.rth@sonatrach.dz , at the latest 30 days from the date of its publication on the BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3000,00 DA) for companies under Algerian law and Thirty Euro (30 €) for companies under Foreign law , and a copy of the extract from the electronic commerce register (the communication of an email address by the candidate is mandatory when withdrawing), The payment will be made by payment to the bank account N° 00200035350476018506 opened with the B.E.A Hassi Messaoud and the proof of payment must be made in the name of the company in question.

3. The one-step bidding method applies to this Call for Tenders.

4. Under this invitation to tender, technical tenders, which must not contain any indication of price, and financial tenders, must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same anonymous envelope, to the following address: SOCIETE SONATRACH, Transport Activity by Pipeline, Exploitation Division, Haoud El Hamra Regional Direction with the mention "not to open", At the latest, the 70th day at 3:30 p.m., from the date of publication of the notice in the BAOSEM.

The technical offers must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of an amount of One million Algerian dinars (1000,000.00 DA) for companies under Algerian law, or Ten Thousand Euro (10,000.00 €) for foreign companies, whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers which is. one hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening the covers containing the technical offers.
