NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER NOTICE

ONE (01) STEP

N° 03/SH/PROD/OPR/2025

The Company SONATRACH, Exploration - Production Activity, Production Division, Operations Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra, Algiers, Algeria, informs all the bidders concerned that the Open National and International Tender Notice , into one (01) step, N° 03/SH/E-P/PROD/OPR/2024, published in the BAOSEM Magazine N° 2383 of May, 14^th 2025, for :

« Mise à disposition installations de production pétrolière en cinq (05) Lots (Unites EPF et de Compression de Gaz) »

That a correction has been introduced in the Notice of Call for Tenders, as follows :

The Bidders must provide a Bid Guarantee for each Sublot for each Lot, as follows :

Algerian bidders (In DA) :

- Lot N° 1 to 4 : One Hundred forty million (140 000 000,00 DA).

- Lot N° 2 to 4 : One Hundred ten million (110 000 000,00 DA).

- Lot N° 3 to 4 : Eighty Million (80 000 000,00 DA).

- Lot N° 4 : Fifty-five Million (55 000 000,00 DA).

- Lot N° 5.a and N° 5.b : Five Million (5 000 000,00 DA).

Foreign bidder (In USD or other convertible currency) :

- Lot N° 1 to 4 : One Million US Dollars (1 000 000,00 $).

- Lot N° 2 to 4 : Eight Hundred thousand US Dollars (800 000,00 $).

- Lot N° 3 to 4 : Six Hundred thousand US Dollars (600 000,00 $).

- Lot N° 4 : Four Hundred thousand US Dollars (400 000,00 $).

Remark :

Bidders may bid according to their choice, to one or more Lots, with the exception of the Lot dedicated to Micro – Enterprises, nevertheless, if the Bidders submit an offer to a Lot “X”, they must bid as follows :

From Lot 1 to 4 or

From Lot 2 to 4 or

From Lot 3 to 4 or

Lot 4 alone.

Lot 5.a and Lot 5.b are dedicated to Micro-Enterprises.

Bidders Micro-Enterprises may bid only to Lot N° 5.a and N° 5.b, nevertheless, they must bid as follows :

From Lot 5.a to Lot 5.b.
